  1. It is assumed that a person placing an order (“user”) has read and accepted the terms and conditions.
  2. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during the whole year.
  3. If you place an order you should fill in an “order form”, which is to be found on the shop’s website, and send it to “Polimer” firm.
  4. The user is obliged to fill the “order form” fully and truthfully.
  5. After placing the order, the User will receive an automatic response from polimer-sochaczew.pl service confirming the order acceptance. Lack of confirmation means that this order may not be accepted to completion.
  6. Polimer” in every condition reserves the right to verify the order and its cancelling in case of justified doubts of the order reliability. The user will be informed about the order cancellation by email or by phone.
  7. The order will be processed the next working day, the day after the order was placed. In case of verifying the order it will be processed the next working day after the verification.
  8. The prices of goods which online shop hellion.pl offers are in Polish zloty and inclusive of VAT. Given prices do not include postal charges.
  9. The value of the order includingprice discount can be additionally reduced due to rounding the value of the order, which is connected with calculating retail price to net price.
  10. Polimer” reserves the right to change the prices of the goods without prejudice. Prices of goods in processed orders will not be changed.
  11. Polimer” reserves the right to remove specific goods without prejudice.
  12. The maximum time of completing the order is 7 days (the time of despatching a parcel to the user). You should also add post or courier delivery time (up to 10 days). The date of the order accomplishment is the date of “in process since day/month/year”. The time of processing a huge order may be longer due to the need of producing the lacking parts of the goods. The user will be informed about it by email or by phone.
  13. Polimer” is not responsible for not delivering the goods or delivery delay due to incorrect or inexact address given by the user.
  14. Polimer” charges flat rate including the cost of shipping a parcel to the user. The user can acquaint with the costs on the website.
  15. Polimer” can stop charging flat rate during a promotion and give relevant information on the website http://www.polimer-sochaczew.pl.
  16. To each transaction you will receive a VAT invoice.
  17. You can pay cash upon pickup, by bank transfer or personally in the company’s headquarters. The current forms of payment are on the website.
  18. In case of orders which consist of several goods, but need to be delivered in one parcel, the time of completing the order depends on collecting the last element of the order, unless the sides decide differently.
  19. Each goods, texts, graphics, logotypeand software on the website www.polimer-sochaczew.pl are the property of “Polimer” company and are protected by the law, including copyright and related rights (Journal of Laws 1994 No. 24, item. 83 as. amended ) and industrial ownership rights (Journal of Laws 2003 No. 119, item. 1117 as. amended). The user is obliged to use the website and purchased goods, only in agreement with the terms and conditions, and the law.
  20. All goods available in the online shop www.polimer-sochaczew.pl payable or free - are protected by copyright and ancillary rights.
  21. In case of a complaint you should contact with “Polimer” company by email, phone or by filling contact form on http://polimer-sochaczew.pl/contact. Making a complaint you should give your name, surname, order number, VAT invoice number and describe the item of complaint.
  22. According to “Law on protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product” (Journal of Laws 2.03.2000, Journal of Laws No. 22, item. 721). The buyer can resign for no apparent reason within 10 days from receiving a parcel. “Polimer” company will refund the price of the goods, however delivery costs and incidental expenses will not be refunded.
  23. The right to withdraw from a distance contract is not entitled to the buyer in case of services, which by nature cannot be returned, according to article 10 Act 1 item. 5 of “Law on protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product”.
  24. In matters not governed by the terms and conditions, regulations of Civil Code, Law on protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product will be implemented.
  25. The terms and conditions are valid from 01.03.2012.
