How can I check product availability?

  2. Small number – last items
  3. Several pieces – we have at least several pieces of an item
  4. Large number – we have a large number of  a product in our warehouse
  5. Available on a special order – we can get this product especially for you, contact: biuro@polimer-sochaczew.pl or (+48) 46 883 08 16
  6. Expected delivery – the product will be available soon
  7. Out of offer – the product is no longer available in our shop.


How can I check the status of my order?

We will send you emails concerning the status of your order. In addition by logging in to your account, you can also check your current order’s status, content and given addresses, etc.

 

How long will I wait for the delivery?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email with the confirmation link. You have to confirm your order by clicking on it - then we start processing the order.
You will be kept informed about the status of your order by email.

         The date of the delivery = the date of dispatch + delivery time

The date of dispatch depends on products availability and the chosen method of payment, whereas delivery time depends on the chosen method of shipment.

 

What kinds of delivery are there?


You can choose one from the delivery forms, depending on the quantity and weight of the ordered products, method of payment and your own prefrences:

How much do you charge for shipment?

You will know the total cost of shipment when you add the products to the basket and choose the the most convenient method of delivery and payment – after clicking the “summary” you will see the exact cost. The cost of shipment varies from a few to several złoty, depending on the chosen method of payment (money transfer or pay upon pickup) and delivery.

How can I pay for my order?


You can choose one of the following methods of payment, depending on the order’s cost, the chosen method of delivery and your own preferences:

Can I collect my order personally?

Yes, certainly. You can collect your order from Topolowa 17 , 96-500 Sochaczew. You will find the opening hours in the “Contact” bookmark. You don’t have any additional costs when you collect your order personally.

 

What is the discount voucher?

We offer our Clients discount vouchers in a lot of promotions. They have a form of codes, which you should enter into your online basket, in the appropriate place. It will result in converting the final sum. You should remember that most discount vouchers have period of validity. After that period a discount code is no longer valid – you will not get a discount.


What is the storage?

You can add to the storage the products that you ponder over. This function can be used only by logged-in users.

If you are not sure whether to buy a certain product or not, and you have an account in our shop, log-in and add the product to the storage. Products in the storage are saved for you. During the next logging-in you will find all the products in the storage.
You can return to them, put them into the basket or remove from the storage at any time.

Can I receive a VAT invoice?

Yes, you can get a VAT invoice for goods purchased in our shop. To receive it you should enter the details concerning your company in the form while placing an order. Then inform us about your willingness to receive the invoice in “Remarks” box (“Additional information” section). If the delivery address differs form the one in the invoice, tick “different delivery address” in the form, and enter the delivery address.
Date of the invoice is the dispatch date of your order. There is no possibility of changing this date.

How can I change my order?

You can modify your order only until its content is not completed. When it has been sent to the given address, modification is impossible. In order to modify your order in any way (to change the address, add product to the order, change the method of payment or delivery), you should contact us by phone as soon as possible: (+48) 46 883 08 16.

I messed up my order. How can I cancel it?

You can cancel your order only until its content is not completed. When it has been sent to the given address, cancellation is not possible. In order to cancel your order, contact us by phone as soon as possible: 46 883 08 16.

Can I track my order?

When choosing the option of delivery by courier, you will receive an email with the waybill number and the website link where you can trace your order. This link is also visible for the shop’s registered clients, in the order’s details, in the Parcel column.

Do the products have a warranty?

Yes, goods available in our shop have a producer warranty binding in Poland. You will find information about warranty time in the product description and on the producers’ websites. It is crucial to keep the proof of purchase (bill or invoice) as well as original packaging until the warranty expires. It is the basis for a complaint.                  

 

I have a problem with a product. What can I do?

Before you accept the parcel, you should always check if it hasn’t been damaged during transport. If the parcel has a visible damage to outer packaging, we advise you to refuse accepting the parcel and contact us by phone: (+48) 46 883 08 16.
If you want to complain about a product, please make sure if the complaint should go to our shop or to the producer. You will find some information concerning this issue on the warranty card as well as in a product’s description on our website or the producer’s website.

                                                                                       

Can I return a purchased product?

Yes, according to the Act of March 2, 2000, within 10 days from receiving the parcel, you can return the purchased product to the shop for no apparent reason. However, such a product cannot bear any traces of usage, cannot be destroyed or damaged. The product should also be in an original packaging with all its contents.
